Experience the magic of Autumn foods with the Autumn Temptations package, featuring mouthwatering local products and the scrumptious creations of our Chef Salvatore Pullara.

Upon arrival, enjoy a bottle of sparkling Prosecco accompanied by Venetian biscuits that will delight you with their sophisticated flavor, and start your vacation with an energy-bursting breakfast to be savored with your other half.
Recharge with a freshly pressed grape-yellow apple-pomegranate juice, accompanied by an arrangement of orange petals, prickly pear and crunchy fennel, served in the privacy of your Suite. The orange pumpkin flesh marries beautifully with the scent of mushrooms in the signature autumn omelette, which combines perfectly with the selection of local cheeses and cold cuts, for a feast of flavors that will awaken your senses in the morning as you look out at the sea.
Indulge your sweet tooth with a fresh wholegrain or wild berries croissant and chestnut flour cookies prepared by the skilled hands of our pastry chef. Finally, let yourself be seduced by the sweetness of autumn with some delicious plum jam or some unusual pistachio butter, sipping almond milk, wild berries and ginseng herbal tea and your favorite hot drink.

For dinner, get a taste of authentic Venetian cuisine with a four-course meal at our elegant Mediterra Restaurant: from appetizer to dessert, a true explosion of flavors for a romantic evening.
A crispy salt cod ball creamed with grape seed oil, with a delicate wild fennel and almond milk sauce, will start off your romantic dinner for two, followed by the most popular dish of the Veneto tradition: risotto. Our Chef will amaze you with a sophisticated seafood risotto, accompanied by a parsley and sweet garlic sauce, and afterward, with a dish of fried calamari, pink shrimp and sardines accompanied by grilled polenta. Finally, to finish off in style, the Venetian dessert par excellence, Tiramisù, will tantalize your taste buds with its unmistakable combination of mascarpone cream, chocolate and coffee.

Our Sommelier has chosen to accompany this dinner with a story – about winemaking expertise and evocative lagoon scenarios. Especially for you, in fact, not just some ordinary wine, but a bottle of “Orto di Venezia” served at the table. Thanks to its unique blend of grapes and production method, it is famous worldwide for the extraordinary ageing of its Magnum bottles, left to decant in the depths of the Venetian lagoon for over 8 months, before being deemed ready to exalt the flavors of the land.
Finally, exclusively for you, a bottle of “Agricanto Paladin”: a modern reinterpretation of an ancient Venetian recipe that combines the seductive flavor of fruits with rare spices to create an aromatic liqueur. Cantine Paladin has been able to bring back this tradition, making Agricanto the perfect finishing touch to your dinner.
