Exclusively for you, a 4-course menu based on traditional Sicilian dishes, the homeland of our talented Executive Chef, who successfully added his own original and contemporary touch to the region’s most traditional recipes. Particularly worthy of mention is, for example, his “Swordfish veils with Bronte pistachios, candied pachino tomato and citrus jam“: a real explosion of aromas and flavors, a journey into taste to discover the delicacies of an island surrounded by three generous seas.

But that’s not all… In Almar’s world, every moment seduces you, every instant is dedicated to you.

We also offer an exquisite chocolate selection, with cakes and pastries, chocolates and small treats made only with top quality cacao that will stimulate your senses. An aroma that caresses, a flavor that charms, a presentation that captivates. The precious food of the Gods is served every day at The River Lounge Bar. A space reserved for you, a unique moment all to yourself in which to taste chocolate and indulge in small pleasures of the palate.

The Summer Ending Delights Package includes:

• 1 sweet welcome amenity in the room upon arrival;
• 1 welcome drink accompanied by delicious canapés at The River Lounge Bar (per person);
• 1 chocolate tasting at The River Lounge Bar (per person), with cakes and pastries, chocolates and small treats made only with top quality cacao;
• 1 4-course gourmet dinner at Mediterra Restaurant with traditional Sicilian menu – drinks not included:
  – Beccafico sardines with pine nuts, raisins and grilled spring onions
  – Benedetto Cavalieri spaghettone with sea urchins and interdonato lemon
  – Swordfish veils with Bronte pistachios, candied pachino tomato and citrus jam
  – Millefoglie Cassata with ricotta cheese and candied red cherries
• 6.00 pm check out on the day of departure (upon availability) to end your stay in the best possible way.

• Extensive breakfast buffet served every morning from 7.30am to 10.30am at Mediterra Restaurant;
• Admission to the wellness area of the award-winning Spa Almablu, spread over 2,000 square meters;

CANCELLATION POLICY – Cancellation free of charge up to 7 days before the arrival date, within 4 pm (local time). In case of cancellation and/or changes made after the deadline, no show or early departure, the 30% of the reservation will be charged.
