The Paladin family has been producing traditional local wines since 1962, and continues to cultivate grape varieties native to the Veneto region with unwavering respect and precision, aging precious wines in its own wine cellars and establishing vineyards in iconic territories such as Chianti and Franciacorta, to learn the secrets of excellence.

Tour & Sensorial Wine Tasting
• Tour of the winery and the vineyards
• Welcome drink with Prosecco Brut Bosco del Merlo
• Wine Tasting in the sensory laboratory, to identify the scents of the wines from the Region and discover all the different aromas. A true oenological lesson, accompanied by a tasting of Turranio Sauvignon Blanc and Syrah Paladin.
• Charcuterie board with local cold cuts and cheeses
• A sample of Agricanto® liquor and a variety of Venetian cookies

Vertical wine tasting to learn about great vintages
• Tour of the winery and the vineyards
• Welcome drink with Prosecco Brut Bosco del Merlo
• Vertical tasting of Casa Paladin’s private collection of Reserves, a testimony to the longevity of the company’s style.
• Vertical tasting of three vintages of Turranio Sauvignon Blanc Bosco del Merlo or Refosco Roggio dei Roveri Bosco del Merlo.

From Monday to Friday 9.00am – 1.00pm / 2.00pm – 6.00pm
